SC430LA adopts Sterway’s advantage analog circuit design, the analog gain can be supported up to 32 times, at the same screen brightness, the higher gain can significantly reduce the brightness of the light source, thereby reducing the machine heat, improving the efficiency of the machine, and has excellent stability during operation, enough to collect reliable image data in real time for industrial applications for a long time. This new product has 4K resolution, and is based on the unique SmartGS®-2 global shutter technology, using the BSI process, at 500nm band has up to 77% quantum efficiency (QE), compared to the industry’s industrial products of the same specification, to provide more real and effective image information in industrial low light environment, achieve 4K resolution.
On the other hand, with the ultra low noise peripheral reading circuit technology and the upgraded color process, the SC430LA can achieve excellent noise control and color rendering. Its fixed noise (FPN) and pixel response non-uniformity (PRNU) can be reduced to 0.28e and 0.53%, respectively, compared to similar products in the industry, the dark current is significantly reduced by 51%, significantly improving the quality of the image captured by the product, presenting higher color accuracy and richer image details, which can fully meet the requirements of high-precision sensors in industrial applications.
