The PSENrope mini is a particularly compact and cost-effective pull rope switch with a pull rope length of 30 meters, which is suitable for relatively small applications. Due to its compact structure, the PSENrope mini does not have the quick adjustment function and pull rope tension display feature of the PSENrope.
The PSENrope mini has its own advantages in the way it is installed. The PSENrope mini is available in both straight and curved (left or right bent) versions, and due to its smaller size, the installation of the PSENrope mini is more flexible and simple in a variety of assembly situations. In addition, the button of PSENrope mini has two functions: emergency stop or reset. The button function of PSENrope is only emergency stop.

The pull device of the safety rope pull switch is connected to a wire rope, and pulling the rope can trigger the emergency stop function. The rope traction system integrates spring pre-tightening, which triggers the lock and emergency stop function immediately in the event of a rope break or a loose rope being untied. After triggering, the safety contact remains locked. After eliminating hazardous conditions and checking the entire rope length of the machine, the system can be manually reset to operational readiness. If necessary, the rope section can also be retightened during operation by adjusting the screws/turnbuckle.
The emergency stop button can also be pressed in dangerous situations, the safety contact opens in the same way as the pull wire, and the switch is locked in place. After the dangerous situation has passed, the system can be manually reset to the operational ready state by pulling the emergency stop button.
The cable activation switch is locked, and when the safety contact is open, the switch can be reset to the ready state by pulling the release button.
