The theme exhibition of “Safety Standardization” promotes machinery safety standards, technologies and methods, and promotes the concept of “big safety”. Mechanical safety standards are the most effective means to improve product safety, reduce safety costs, and ensure user safety, and provide safety guarantee for the high-quality development of China’s equipment manufacturing industry.
The theme exhibition area of “Safety Standardization” covers an area of 276m2, including three parts: safety standard interpretation area, safety solution exhibition area and safety product exhibition area. Through the organic combination of safety standards and safety products, the theme exhibition closely follows national policies and explores new ways of standard implementation and application promotion.
The safety products exhibition area was jointly planned by the Safety Protective Equipment branch and the Climbing Safety Equipment Branch of the China Machinery Industry Safety and Health Association, and invited 10 key enterprises that engaged in safety product research and development, safety risk assessment and active participation in the development of national standards for machinery safety over the years, including Peel Magnetic, to participate in the exhibition. The main exhibits are safety fences, safety light curtains, safety relays, personal protective equipment and climbing safety ladders, etc. The application of these safety products in line with relevant national standards and international standards plays a significant role in improving the safety level of enterprises.
The innovative exhibition of the theme of “safety standardization” has achieved a new breakthrough in standardization work, broken out a new road for safety standardization work under the new situation, provided valuable experience for the full
implementation and implementation of the “14th Five-Year Plan” to promote high-quality development of the national standard system construction Plan, and set up a banner of innovative standardization work, which is worth learning and promoting.
As a safety ambassador from Germany, Piercy’s goal is to protect people, machinery and the environment. Since entering the Chinese market in 2002, Piercy has always been committed to promoting the concept of mechanical safety and introducing advanced German technology to China, and has devoted itself to the standardization of mechanical safety in China. In 2004, PilC joined the National Machinery Safety Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 208), actively participated in the drafting and revision of machinery safety standards, involving hundreds of related standards, deeply participated in the construction of machinery safety industry-university-research demonstration base, jointly established the first mechanical safety laboratory in China with Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and continued to promote the promotion and implementation of standards. Led to hold or participate in thousands of various standards publicity/exchange meetings, playing an increasingly important role in China’s mechanical safety standardization.
At this “Safety Standardization” theme exhibition, PNOZ safety relays, PNOZmulti 2 small controllers, safety door switches and other safety products of PNOZ were unveiled, demonstrating a complete safety automation solution.
China Machinery Industry Safety and Health Association was established in March 1989. It is a national, industrial and non-profit social organization voluntarily established for enterprises and public institutions in machinery manufacturing industry and workers related to safety technology and occupational health.
China Machinery Industry Safety and Health Association is the machinery industry “safety production standardization level one enterprise” evaluation unit, commissioned by the Ministry of Emergency Management to carry out relevant review work.
Li Qin, president of the China Machinery Industry Safety and Health Association, is also the chairman of the National Machinery safety standardization Technical Committee, and the association and the standard committee jointly carry out safety standardization related work.
