Siemens launched the Authorized Service Partner (ASP) system and held the first authorization ceremony in Dalian to issue authorization certificates to 10 service partners from the Northeast region. At present, Siemens has 81 ASP partners across the country, which will greatly help to meet the growing service needs of industrial customers, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, in a timely and efficient manner. In the future, Siemens plans to extend the ASP service network to industrial parks in all prefecture-level cities across the country to protect the digital transformation of more small and medium-sized enterprises.

Siemens will evaluate ASP partners from the dimensions of service technology level, service quality and management mode, and provide systematic professional training courses to ensure that their service quality meets Siemens authorized standards. Siemens’ official services team also co-creates value with ASP partners to help them iterate their product portfolio and create innovative delivery models based on digital platforms. For industrial enterprises, ASP system will greatly improve the response speed and completion efficiency of services. In the industrial park covered by the ASP service network, customers’ service needs will be responded within half an hour, and on-site service will be provided within 24 hours.
