FTS flexible conveying system is a magnetic suspension conveying technology launched by Bosch Rexroth in 2012. At first, due to its advantages of high flexibility, large load, fast speed and accurate positioning, it is applied to high-end manufacturing fields such as semiconductors and display panels. With the rapid growth of lithium, 3C and FMCG markets, the application range of FTS has gradually expanded. And for different customers’ application scenarios and business needs, we have developed a variety of solutions with high speed, high precision, heavy load and seamless connection with traditional transmission lines.

The FTS flexible conveying system can move up to 5m/s, and the repeated positioning accuracy can reach ±5μm. Support 1-1500kg load car, and can be programmed to control each car individually. The application can freely configure the track layout, saving space and cost, and seamlessly connecting with traditional transmission lines. Support high temperature, high vacuum in a variety of environments, can be used in semiconductor level dust-free workshop.
