At the beginning of the New Year 2024, the China Light Industry Federation (referred to as “China Light Industry Federation”) announced the 2023 Science and Technology Award list. Among them, Kaos COSMOPlat, relying on Haier’s nearly 40 years of manufacturing experience and connected factory exploration, with the “industrial Internet key technology research and industrial application in the electronics and mold industries” project, has been highly recognized as the first prize, and is the only platform in the field of industrial Internet that has won the highest science and technology award in the selection.
The China Light Industry Federation Science and Technology Award is the highest science and technology award in China’s light industry, and aims to reward organizations and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to scientific research, technological innovation and development, the promotion of scientific research results and the realization of high-tech industrialization in China’s light industry. This award is evaluated once a year, covering 44 categories of light industrial product
manufacturing such as food, home appliances, light industrial machinery, hardware, ceramics, and is considered to be the “Medal of honor” of light industry.
The project technology of “Industrial Internet Key Technology Research and industrial application in the electronics and mold industries” is based on the Kaos Industrial Internet platform for large-scale application, providing intelligent services for more than 200 subdivided scenarios, linking more than 2.51 million industrial equipment (sets), linking 900,000 enterprises, and realizing 158,000 digital enabling enterprises. By 2023, Kaos has been able to build 11 lighthouse factories, becoming the industrial Internet platform with the largest number of empowered lighthouse factories and the broadest coverage of industries and fields in China.
