Starting from the third quarter, the green intelligent manufacturing innovation plan has gathered a number of high-potential small and medium-sized science and technology innovation enterprises through the dual camp mode of “acceleration camp + growth camp” : The acceleration camp as a gathering position, aimed at driving the participating enterprises to jointly explore emerging technologies, solve practical problems in the industrial scene, and open up the landing feasibility of “from 0 to 1”; As a deepening position, the growth camp focuses on the optimization and iteration of joint venture programs to achieve “from 1 to small-scale replication, and then to marketization.”
In the accelerated camp exhibition session, six participating enterprises demonstrated new exploration around AI, digital twin, network security and other technical fields, providing joint innovation solutions for five scenarios, such as industrial zero trust exploration, water treatment, waste incineration, logistics, and supply chain management. In the end, Valmet (China) Co., Ltd. won the “Fourth Quarter Green Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Plan Acceleration Gold Award” with the joint initiative of “Optimization of combustion parameters of Waste incineration Power Plant”.
At the site, Schneider Electric and the six shortlisted enterprises signed a joint venture program cooperation agreement, the future will be in the application of digital twin software in logistics projects, waste incineration power plant combustion parameters optimization, micro-isolation protection based on critical equipment/equipment, enhanced identity governance based on multi-factor authentication, supply chain knowledge experts based on AIGC and other fields. Promote large-scale replication of high-quality joint venture solutions.
At the same time, Schneider Electric and four growth enterprises based on the scene needs and in-depth practice, around the traffic scheduling and warehouse management experts, sewage treatment optimization control, industrial frequency conversion equipment MR Maintenance assistance system and other scenarios continue to iterate and optimize the joint creation plan, and released three major industry kits, from 1 to small-scale replication, to further promote the industry digitalization to go deeper and do solid.

At the camp closing ceremony, the Expert Committee released the latest achievement of technology integration innovation – the 2024 Future Industrial Technology Integration Innovation Report (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”). The report pays particular attention to the deployment of future industrial application scenarios, in-depth elaboration of the evolution route of five stages of intelligent manufacturing, and forward-looking proposal: with the deep integration of IT, OT, CT, DT, ET (5T) technology, drive the new development of future industry, and build a new paradigm of future industry. At the same time, the report focuses on six vertical fields of petrochemical, food and beverage, non-ferrous industry, power battery, hydrogen energy storage, and integrated circuit, and makes an in-depth assessment of the transformation status of enterprises from three dimensions of product life cycle, production process, and supply chain management, and finally anchors and analyzes 27 technology integration and innovation scenarios.
