In 2022, the industrial AI Joint Innovation Center jointly prepared by Changan Automobile and Haikang Robot was officially unveiled. Nanjing Smart Factory is the first factory where Changan Automobile and Hikang Robot jointly innovate and systematically apply technological achievements. The relevant technical solutions are deeply customized by the technical teams of both sides according to the use scenario of Nanjing Changan. The two sides jointly overcome the industry problem of integrating “defect detection + automatic packing + intelligent logistics” at the end of the stamping line. It opens up the automatic and intelligent “last 100 meters” at the end of the punching line, and the systematic solution is the first of its kind in the industry.

Achieve value landing

Visual products such as industrial cameras, intelligent code readers, and 3D high-precision measurement and guidance are paired with VM algorithm platforms, relying on the fast operation of Intel processors, for fast code reading, defect detection and robot grasp guidance, greatly improving production inspection efficiency. The mobile robot sends the required materials directly to the worker in the way of “goods to people”, and the robot and the worker coordinate and work in an orderly manner, saving time and effort for the operator.

The cooperation between the two sides makes the distribution of materials more efficient without affecting the production capacity, Changan Deep Blue S7 has been launched in bulk in June this year, and the relevant technology effectively ensures the high quality of S7 models.
