Difficulty of the project: painting workshop process is complex, high quality requirements
As a benchmark project of intelligent manufacturing, the industrial park faces many difficulties in the construction process. Under normal circumstances, vehicle manufacturing is divided into four major processes: stamping, welding, painting and final assembly. Among them, coating belongs to decorative and protective multi-layer coating, which is a process with more processes and higher quality requirements in automobile manufacturing. In addition, the painting workshop also needs to control temperature, humidity, pressure, flow and other process parameters in the production process, these process flows are pipelining operations, and the conveyor system is needed to achieve between the upper and lower processes. Therefore, in the modern automobile coating line, the automation level and performance of the conveying system determine its production capacity, and the application of the drive system plays a key role in the stability of the process operation and the improvement of production capacity.
Solution: Tailor-made drive system ensures high-speed, smooth, safe and reliable coating process
At present, the mechanized conveying system of the painting workshop of the project is composed of air and ground conveying equipment. The main task is to ensure the pre-treatment, electrophoresis, body drying, sealing, spraying and other processes of various types of white body and parts in the painting workshop, and send the qualified body to the conveying line of the final assembly workshop. The conveying equipment mainly includes air ground conveyor, ground chain, rolling bed, elevator, positioning mechanism and so on. Among them, the rolling machine is widely used because of its easy maintenance and easy speed control. In order to ensure the rolling machine and other conveying equipment running at high speed and smooth, accurate positioning and safe and reliable, easy maintenance, after the preliminary selection of the project, NORD uses professional verification software NORDcalc to check the fatigue strength and yield strength of the internal bearings and gears of the reducer, so as to select the product model with the ideal speed ratio.
