The factory has built an “agile digital twin platform” based on CAE/CAM simulation technology to simulate product performance and manufacturing process, covering 100% of development projects, identifying problems in advance and shortening design iteration cycle.
The factory uses digital and intelligent technology to empower suppliers, improve the qualified rate of incoming materials, and reduce supplier inventory. For example, AI vision and SCADA (data acquisition and monitoring) are used to empower suppliers to realize intelligent inspection of core suppliers’ parts and intelligent control of key parameters. Through the intelligent scheduling and supplier collaboration platform, the inventory of more than 300 core suppliers is online and supply and demand management, reducing supplier inventory and improving the supply integration rate.
In addition, the factory also set up a digital transformation office, and configured full-time IT, OT personnel, transformation backbone team, more than 300 people to participate in the agile delivery team work, the establishment of 10 cross-functional agile delivery teams, quick iteration per week, cumulative completion of more than 300 digital project implementation.
