Three new feature blocks from Configurator V11.3
1. Laser scanner switch area function block
This function, combined with the logic function of the PSEN scan security scanner, can quickly generate the switching area to improve the accuracy of the switching area. At this stage, the function needs to be implemented with PNOZ mB1 / mB0.1 security hardware, up to a system can be configured with 4 security scanners, to achieve a maximum of 70 regional switching logic operations per scanner, greatly reducing the design energy of programmers, providing a complete security solution.
2. Safety speed comparison function block
With the iteration of the version, the current PNOZmulti Configurator software IC200GBI001 has a rich security function block, and the security speed monitoring function block was also involved in the previous version. In this update, the safety speed/safety position comparison of two axes and the safety position/safety position range monitoring function block of one axis are added, which greatly improves the safety monitoring means under the high-speed operation of the equipment. It should be noted that at this stage, if the speed status of the two axes needs to be compared, it needs to be used in conjunction with the latest PNOZ mEF 2MM module.

3. IC200GBI001 PNOZmulti FSoE master security bus module and communication function block
FSoE(Fail Safe over Ethercat) is a secure Ethernet protocol developed by Beckoff based on IEC 61508, certified by TUV and internationally standardized by IEC 61784-3. Functional safety is the characteristic of industrial automation equipment to ensure the safety of personnel and production, and communication security is also a part of functional safety, so the emergence of FSoE protocol ensures the safety and reliability of data communication.
The PNOZmulti FSoE master communication module introduced in V11.3.0 enables the PNOZmulti control system to connect to the original EtherCAT network quickly and easily, realizing the effective combination of standard control and security control. The PNOZmulti FSoE master communication module can act as the master station to assign tasks to the slave station devices, and can also act as the slave station to accept the tasks assigned by the master station in the whole secure network.
