Yang Guoan, general manager of Tianjin Langyu, introduced that the heavy-duty AGV (automatic guided transport vehicle) industry has been more and more widely used in various industries after more than 10 years of development, and the release and implementation of the group standard of the “Industrial Application mobile robot heavy-duty class Design Code” can further promote the standardized development of the heavy-duty mobile robot industry and deepen the application. “This standard specifies the terminology and definition, classification, model and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc., of heavy-duty AGVs, which are applicable to the design, manufacture and inspection of industrial mobile robots with rated load capacity of 10 tons and above.” Yang Guoan said.
The reporter learned at the expo site that since Tianjin Langyu launched IC695PNS001 360 tons of heavy-duty AGV in 2023, refreshing the global heavy-duty AGV industry’s load record, the company’s sales reach extends to Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, and China has also set up offices in Jiangsu, Guangzhou, Hubei, Sichuan and other provinces. At present, Tianjin Langyu is stepping up the manufacturing of 600 tons of heavy-duty AGV, which is expected to be delivered before the end of March, when it will continue to refresh the global industry record.
