Attach importance to basic research and drive the leapfrog development of the industry

In the history of the development of science and technology, China missed the outbreak of science and technology in the 19th century, Western developed countries almost monopolized thermodynamics, optics, electromagnetism, chemistry, geology, biology, anthropology and PFEA112-65 other disciplines of major breakthroughs, our national instrumentation industry testing technology naturally has long been in the tracking stage of development. However, history also tells us that there is more than one road to Rome. The measurement of the same mass can be based on different principles and different methods can be adopted. For example, the statistics of pressure measurement methods shown in Table 2, some new pressure measurement principles are constantly developed and applied. Technology can be tracked, but innovation can not be tracked, we solve the current instrument needs at the same time, but also look at the future test technology. In the next 5-10 years, the basic frontier properties of special instruments and meters are more obvious, so we should pay attention to the basic innovation research of test and measurement technology, the development of core basic components of instruments and meters, and the application education of innovative methods such as TRIZ theory (invention problem solving theory) in the field of instrumentation. Of course, we should also be careful about the uncertainties and risks of original innovation.
2.3.3 Deepen international cooperation and encourage the introduction of knowledge and innovation
In order to break out of the innovation mode of tracking mature foreign products, it is suggested to strengthen international cooperation in original innovation and introduce international forces into domestic cooperation, take major international cooperation projects as the starting point, or join international forces to participate in domestic special research and development work, focusing on joint development of international blank innovative instruments. So that China and developed countries from the basic principles and methods of new instruments and meters on the depth of the research stage, to jointly promote the new PFEA112-65 instruments at home and abroad technology development and industrialization, and finally synchronous sharing of technological achievements, of course, must also complete the relevant intellectual property laws, regulations and rules and regulations. On the other hand, we should explore new modes of introducing intelligence and intellectual property rights, actively promote and participate in international standardization activities of instrumentation, strengthen international academic exchanges and exhibition activities of importing instrumentation, optimize the policy of bringing scientific and technological talents to the shore, and introduce international scientific and technological forces with development potential into China. Carry out collaborative research and industrialization promotion of instrumentation technology in the local industry environment, minimize the running-in stage of digestion and absorption, and shorten the research and development cycle of new instrumentation.
