In 2024, the thirtieth anniversary of the establishment of CMA is also the tenth year that CMA has joined Eft, and it is the tenth year that Eft has climbed the peak of spraying robots.

On top of the current achievements, spraying expert Eft still upholds the concept of “making spraying so simple”, further realizes the ease of use and economy of spraying robots, and is committed to strengthening the development of the global market. In this regard, Zeng Hui, deputy general manager of Eft, talked about the strategic planning of Eft spraying business in the next ten years:
1. Build an open cooperation platform. In the first decade of localization and localization of CMA spraying robots into Eft spraying robots, although there are many application cases of CMA robots in various market segments in Europe, in order to convince more customers in the Chinese market to choose Eft spraying robots, Eft has also done some system integration projects in various market segments in the early stage to create demonstration application cases.
Facing the next decade, Evert will create a more open cooperation platform, specializing in robot products, and empowering partners to focus on robot applications. In terms of hardware platform, Efte will focus on the spraying robot product itself, further enrich the spraying robot product family, further improve the performance, function, ease of use, and economy of the spraying robot, and retain the system integration ability at the same time, enabling partners to do demonstration applications and batch promotion applications in the subsector.
In terms of software platform, similar to Apple’s idea of creating PCI1354-1022-38 APP Store and authorizing developers to develop apps based on Apple iOS, Eft will create an open system platform, open relevant interfaces, authorize and empower subsector partners to develop subsector spray process software packages and ease-of-use software based on Eft robots. Increase the added value of partners selling Eft spray robots.

Improve ease of use and economy: The spraying robot market has great potential, and the spraying robot has also had a certain sales volume, but compared with the general robot, the spraying robot sales are not high, mainly for two reasons: on the one hand, the programming operation is difficult, and the ease of use needs to be improved. On the other hand, the price of spraying robots is relatively high and the economy is insufficient. This is what Evert needs to focus on in the next decade.
The key to solve the economic problem of spraying robot is to reuse the hardware platform, software platform and technology platform of general robot, and solve the cost reduction of spraying robot through the cost reduction of general robot. “Eft has established a robot tree model, built reusable hardware platforms, software platforms and technology platforms, and in the future EfT spraying robots can fully reuse these platforms, reducing the cost of spraying robots, thereby improving industry penetration.” Eft spray robot research and development director Zhou Jianhui said.

AXPS visual programming system: The visual programming free AXPS system developed by Eft uses machine vision and self-developed trajectory generation software to automatically scan the position and shape of the workpiece, and automatically generates spraying procedures through UI setting, without manual intervention, to realize automatic spraying in the whole process, which is the fastest spraying method in the field of spraying at present.
Drag teaching system: Efte spraying robot adopts pneumatic balance system and wireless teaching handle, the operator is convenient and fast to drag the robot teaching and programming, greatly reducing the difficulty of spraying robot operation, and realizing friendly interaction between human and robot;
VR teaching system: The VR system developed by Eft is to build a virtual spray room environment through sensing equipment, and the operator can leave the robot and hold the spray handle to teach the workpiece to achieve automatic trajectory generation.
