LDP1WC-47 Flexible force-controlled robot is the focus of many cooperative robot manufacturers at home and abroad. Luoshi flexible cooperative robot adopts a new generation of joint force control technology system, through each joint is equipped with high-precision torque sensor, combined with the supporting force control algorithm, to achieve zero-force driving teaching, sensor-based highly sensitive collision protection, and can be applied to industrial precision assembly and medical surgery flexible force control functions. This series of core technologies not only enhance the competitiveness of Luoshi collaborative robots in traditional application industries such as welding, palletizing, and handling, but also expand the application scenarios of collaborative LDP1WC-47 robots to industrial precision assembly, commercial physical therapy, medical surgery and other high-precision processing tasks. Luoshi industrial robot product line loads 4-220kg, arm span 475mm to 3201mm, covering almost all the typical application scenarios of industrial robots. Especially for small-load industrial robots, with the help of core technologies such as OptiMotion and TrueMotion and the fully optimized high-rigidity robot body design, the industry’s leading repeated positioning accuracy and absolute positioning accuracy can be achieved at the same time of high speed and high load, and the core indicators of fast and accurate can be achieved to improve work efficiency. For heavy-load industrial robots, Luoshi enhanced the wrist capability of robots 4, 5 and 6 axes through joint load checking technology and component construction design technology, so that they can handle large-size, large-inertia and far-eccentric workpieces more stably and with higher accuracy, thus reducing production line downtime and achieving better maintenable performance. Very suitable for automotive, photovoltaic and other industries with large-size workpiece processing scenarios. The robot protection level is IP65 and above, and the wrist protection level is IP67, ensuring that efficient production capacity can be maintained LDP1WC-47 under a variety of harsh conditions.
