On April 8, 2024, Changsha Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Co., Ltd. and Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Changsha and held a signing ceremony.
In line with the vision of joint expansion in the fields of digitalization, intelligence and low-carbon development and the principle of win-win cooperation and collaborative development, the two sides will carry out long-term comprehensive cooperation in traditional and emerging industries such as smart mining, lithium battery recycling, photovoltaic module recycling, and combine the advantages of both sides to further promote cooperation in automation and digitalization related fields.
NTCF21 Founded in 1955, Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgy is the backbone technology research and development platform for resource development and new energy materials of China Minmetals Group Co., LTD., one of the world’s top 500 enterprises. At the signing ceremony, Li Weiwen, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Changsha Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Co., LTD., and Hu Qing, general manager of Central China and Hunan Region of Siemens Digital Industry Group, signed on behalf of both sides. Mr. Zhuo Xiaojun, general manager and Deputy Party Secretary of Changsha Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy Co., LTD., and Mr. Liu Likang, Senior Vice President and General manager of Process Automation Division of Siemens Digital Industry Group, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.
