In this project, Siasun chassis assembly mobile robot shoulders the chassis assembly task of two major Japanese brands of cars at the same time. In this project, Siasun achieved the first time that the entire system of Chinese mobile robots passed the EU CE certification, and the assembled mobile robots were exported to the headquarters factory of the British luxury car brand in bulk. It marks that Siasun mobile robot is not only the international leader in product performance, but also fully equipped with international first-class safety standards, laying a solid foundation for further exploring the European and American markets and even the global market.
In this project, Siasun company provides intelligent and flexible mobile robot system solutions for a German factory, a world leading new energy technology company, with nearly 100 mobile robots of various types, including high-precision mobile robots and single-arm shaft mobile robots. The whole system has successfully passed the EU CE certification, and the project is also Siasun mobile robot’s first new energy battery project overseas.
In this project, Siasun has multiple sets of double-lift combined mobile robots and battery combined mobile robots to help Vietnam’s first car brand efficiently complete the assembly of engines, rear axle, and assembly and production of electric vehicles. Siatsu has provided mobile robot equipment for the plant since its initial construction, and the globalization of the plant will also bring greater opportunities for Siatsu to expand the global market.
In this project, Siasun provided nearly 100 sets of composite robots to the Malaysian factory of a world-renowned semiconductor manufacturer to solve the material flow problem in its on-site production process. This is also the first time that the semiconductor industry outside China has applied the material transfer scheme of composite robots in large quantities to promote the quality and efficiency of the industry by automated and flexible means.
