Brave to develop, the pioneer of domestic CAD, CAPP
Wuhan Kaimu Information Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest high-tech enterprises engaged in independent research and development of industrial software in China, a well-known CAPP software manufacturer in China, and a national-level “specialized and special” small giant enterprise. The founder, Professor Chen Zhuoning, is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and one of the earliest pioneers engaged in domestic CAD and CAPP technology research. He has developed a number of R & D and design software, which has created a precedent in the history of Chinese industrial software.
In 1994, it launched China’s first commercial CAD software, which is also the only engineering design drawing software based on descriptive geometry in China.
MC-TAIH13 In 1996, Kaimu Software Company was officially registered and launched China’s first commercial CAPP software, creating a “what you see is what you get”, an integrated process editing model.
In 2010, 3DAST, the first 3D visual assembly process planning software in China, was launched, realizing the transformation from 2D CAPP to 3D CAPP for the first time.
In 2012, Kaimu Software launched China’s first 3D machining planning software product 3DMPS, which is the world’s first intelligent processing technology software fully developed in accordance with the process engineer’s thinking, and the design concept is more in line with the needs of manufacturing engineers.
In 2015, the first commercial manufacturability analysis software 3DDFM was launched in China, and the technical level was far higher than that of the same type of products abroad, which was welcomed by high-end manufacturing enterprises.
In 2022, 3DWeld, the world’s first 3D welding process design software, was launched, once again expanding the digital process and manufacturing products camp, and also efficiently helping manufacturing enterprises to realize the automation and intelligent design of welding processes.
In 2022, KMPLM CLOUD, the first domestic design process and manufacturing integration platform based on cloud native and microservices, will be launched, with “nuclear” power, meeting stringent military quality, and “real for real use”.
In 2024, we creatively introduced 3D manufacturing cost analysis and estimation software 3DDFC, proposed the principle of cost estimation without detailed process routes, realized the quantitative analysis of manufacturing costs in 3D models, and provided a quantitative basis for enterprise cost control.
