At the exhibition site, Huichuan technology helped two major national key engineering projects attract much attention. As a major national water conservancy project, the stable operation of the South-to-North Water diversion project is of great significance to the allocation and utilization of national water resources. The Asian Games water supply project bears the heavy responsibility of the successful holding of the international event and the image of the city.

RAO02 “In the Asian Games water supply project, we designed an advanced variable frequency drive transformation scheme for the intake pump station. The solution adopts the magnetic link closed-loop vector frequency conversion technology, intelligently adjusts the pressure and flow, realizes efficient energy utilization and carbon emission reduction, and truly reflects the concept of green energy saving. To meet the demand for up to 900,000 tons of water per day, we are constantly optimizing our solutions to ensure a stable and reliable water supply.

Security and stability are always the primary consideration in our program. Therefore, we have adopted a dual safety configuration to ensure stable operation of the pumping station and provide safe water for the Asian Games. At the same time, for the challenge of high humidity environment, we have installed intelligent dehumidification devices. In addition, to ensure the stability of the grid, we use high and low voltage crossing technology and secondary precharging function to effectively resist the fluctuation of the grid and ensure the reliable operation of the pumping station.”

In a project to help the stable operation of a pumping station in the South-to-North Water Transfer project, Huichuan Technology tailor-made an intelligent variable frequency permanent magnet synchronous drive control transformation solution.

The variable frequency permanent magnet system we use not only conforms to the carbon peak carbon neutral plan, but also significantly reduces energy consumption, helping to reduce emissions and save energy. Through intelligent regulation, we can precisely control the flow rate and pressure, ensuring that the pump group always operates in the efficient zone, achieving noise and pollution reduction. More importantly, the scheme ensures efficient and smooth water allocation, making a positive contribution to the allocation and utilization of water resources for the national South-to-North Water Diversion project.”

In order to protect the last kilometer of residents’ water, Huichuan technology innovated the energy-saving noise reduction scheme of the secondary water supply pump.

“The energy saving and noise reduction solution of the secondary water supply pump is integrated with frequency conversion drive, PLC control and permanent magnet synchronous motor, and three independent RAO02 devices are connected through the CAN bus to ensure that the water consumption of high-rise residents is stable and rapid response.” At the same time, we have introduced multiple sensor designs, including primary sensor, standby sensor and virtual sensor, which greatly improves the safety of water supply and effectively avoids problems such as water outage.

Noise reduction is also a highlight of our solution. We use IE5 energy efficiency rating and high carrier frequency design of permanent magnet synchronous motor, effectively eliminate electromagnetic noise, significantly reduce operating noise, so that residents can enjoy a stable water supply, but also have a quiet and comfortable living environment.”
