On April 23, Kaos COSMOPlat “PCBA Intelligent AOI (Automatic Optical Detection) algorithm Model” was officially put on the Shandong data trading platform. The model can automatically detect and identify potential defects and errors through artificial intelligence algorithms, achieve quality control and defect detection, and become the first electronic industry data product in Shandong data trading platform, filling the industry gap in the regional service ecology.

PXIE-6614 Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) is a visual inspection technology used in the electronics manufacturing industry. Based on artificial intelligence technology and the massive circuit board and component picture data accumulated by the platform in PCBA manufacturing and processing industry, CaOS PCBA intelligent AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) algorithm model can learn and identify the fault mode through the big data processing and analysis of PCBA defects, establish an intelligent algorithm model, and thus backtrack the design and process. Predict potential failure risks and improve the stability and reliability of the production process. According to reports, after the application of this model, the false alarm rate of AOI equipment is optimized from an average of 3% to 0.3%, and the PCBA pass-through rate is increased by 70%.

This is also the first time Kaos COSMOPlat has reached data product cooperation with Shandong Data trading platform.
