Active exploration of social responsibility and social diversity employees from 38 countries and 42 nationalities

According to statistics from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, engineering and manufacturing accounted for only 6.6 per cent of female graduates in higher education in 2019, compared with 24.6 per cent of male graduates. As a member of the manufacturing industry with a relatively low proportion of women, the Chint New Energy ESG report shows that female directors account for 22.22%, female employees account for 32%, female managers account for 21%, and female technicians account for 30%.
In addition, in terms of external public welfare co-construction, Chint New Energy invested a total of 15.336,900 yuan in social welfare in 2023, and helped the construction of 17 ecological 140AC013000 power station projects, exploring innovation in biodiversity, environmental protection, community participation, and charity. In August last year, Chint New Energy joined hands with WEilai, a Earth Nature Foundation and other parties to jointly create the world’s first V2G photovoltaic self-cycling energy replenishment system in Qilian Mountain National Park, effectively helping the clean and low-carbon ecological patrol and energy use in Qilian Mountain National Park and its protection area, and protecting the diversity and integrity of its natural ecosystem.
