In the process of hairpin molding, Le Congwei said that Omron adopted the overall solution of NJ series PLC plus 1S servo, successfully solved the problem of poor consistency of hairpin molding under high-speed operation, ensured the molding quality, and promoted the next generation upgrade of high-speed hairpin molding machine. For torsional machines, Omron’s NX series products, combined with the torsional model and algorithm, not only improve the consistency of the torsional head, but also reduce the springback deformation, thereby increasing the production time. For paper inserts, Omron uses the NX series and 1S servo equipped with 3G3MX2 frequency converter, which effectively copes with the problems of frequent changes in paper inserts length and slow paper inserts, and achieves high-speed and high-precision production.

By using FH-5050-20 controller and FZ-SMX05 camera to collect more than 50,000 images for defect detection, complete the configuration of AI training environment and the construction of algorithm framework, and achieve the detection rate of 0.5 seconds at the fastest for two solder joints, and the detection accuracy rate is as high as 99.64%, which greatly improves the welding quality and production efficiency.
