Compared with the traditional round wire motor, the flat wire technology motor is more conducive to the improvement of the slot filling rate, that is, more copper wire can be filled in the stator slot without changing the space. Compared with the traditional round wire, the slot filling rate of the flat wire motor can be increased by more than 20%, so that the motor can generate a stronger magnetic field. In addition, compared with the round wire winding, the flat wire motor end size is reduced by 30% to 50%, so that the MV33 can achieve an idealized small size.

Some people may wonder, the motor is so small, how reliable? There are three main factors affecting the reliability of the motor: bearing, insulation system and demagnetization of the permanent magnet motor.
How does the MV33 work?
The first is the bearing, although the MV33 motor than the traditional IE3 motor volume is reduced by about 1/3, but the bearing selection can still meet the same bearing model with the same power industrial motor in the market, and is an international first-line brand, in addition, in order to prevent shaft current caused by bearing electrical corrosion problems, 110kW and above models are standard with anti-corrosion design.
Looking at the insulation system, the general low-voltage industrial motor uses a B-level temperature rise design, and the temperature of the whole machine does not exceed 130 degrees. While meeting the B-level temperature rise, the MV33 also has an H-level insulation design with a temperature resistance of up to 180 degrees, and uses a flat wire and an insulation system higher than C-level with a temperature resistance of more than 200 degrees.
There is also the demagnetization problem, in view of the two “culprits” of demagnetization, high temperature and high current, MV33 rotor adopts the design of low temperature rise, and the permanent magnet has done a special treatment, and the standard two temperature sensors are used with the frequency converter, which can receive alarm information in the case of abnormal temperature, and prevent the occurrence of demagnetization problems caused by long-term overload.
