With the application rate of APC control system not less than 98%, the enterprise has achieved optimization and improvement of automatic control performance, greatly reducing the frequency of manual intervention, and improving the uniformity of device control.

Relying on APC advanced process control, Schneider Electric has realized the automatic load change function for the air separation unit of a steel enterprise, and the load change response rate is no less than 1%/2min. While improving the operation stability of the air separation unit, it can also reduce the fluctuation of key process variables by 30%, and reduce the gas product release of the unit.
