PI System has been operating in a very secure way over the last 30 to 40 years of practice, and this is one of the best examples of how companies have built this way into their products and platforms to make the whole product more secure, and on the other hand to allow data to be shared securely across the ecosystem.

More than 50% of AVEVA’s business in China comes from partner business, through which it indirectly serves end users. To support the growth of our Chinese partners, AVEVA has made nine unique strategic investments. These include: enabling, licensing, customer support, technical training, products, technical communities, platforms, co-marketing, and more.

How will these nine investment areas further benefit China’s partner ecosystem? Through continued investment, AVEVA can further align itself with government areas of concern, such as the dual carbon target. A lot of best practices from abroad can be brought into China, and within China you’ll see a lot of best practices between partners, between partners and customers, and these investments can also facilitate this type of sharing of best practices.

Based on this, they are able to further improve the production quality of key automotive components, such as charging air connectors, which are essential for most vehicles. Through the application of AVEVA’s software, the entire manufacturing process is safely and reliably visualized, thus significantly improving the quality of the final product. Another example is the Siam Cement Group Chemical Company (SCG Chemical) in Thailand, where AVEVA has jointly developed a new digital platform with the customer. Reduced production delays and improved reliability throughout the supply chain, while extending the useful life of assets, making SCG Chemical more environmentally friendly and reducing its impact on the Earth’s environment.

Globally, AVEVA serves more than 20,000 customers and 90% of industrial companies use its products in some way. Mr. Ramsay believes that semiconductor development, electric vehicle batteries, general manufacturing, mining, power generation, and new power generation are of self-evident importance to China’s industrial development. In September last year, AVEVA established a Chinese customer Experience center in Beijing, listened to the feedback of partners in the technology lab, and held a series of online and offline activities such as the AVEVA Software Partner Summit, and further promoted the innovative development of Chinese industry through various measures!
