A vivid example is that Schneider Electric’s Wuxi plant has become a world-class “end-to-end lighthouse factory” through digital transformation. The EcoStruxure microgrid energy consultant used in the project greatly improves the performance of energy scheduling based on intelligent AI algorithms, and realizes the ability to predict energy consumption and local production ahead of the day. With the help of this factor, the lighthouse plant achieved 100% green electricity consumption on the basis of ensuring 100% safe and reliable operation of the system, and the average KWH cost of the plant during operation was reduced by 7%.

At the same time, Schneider Electric is also actively playing the role of “enabler” to actively help industry users to meet energy efficiency challenges with artificial intelligence. Taking the cooperation between Swire Properties and Schneider Electric as an example, in the case of energy saving bottleneck relying solely on traditional building automation system, Schneider Electric based on digital energy management platform and AI algorithm, helped Swire Properties to carry out cold and heat load prediction, cold station start-stop strategy optimization and seawater group control strategy optimization, improving the prediction accuracy to more than 95%. And achieve energy savings of more than 5%.
INTKM01 For another example, in the HVAC energy-saving renovation project of the Bank of Dalian Data Center, Schneider Electric optimized the terminal precision air conditioner in the machine room based on AI algorithm and machine learning, making it perform dynamic cooling output according to actual needs, and made global improvements to the control system of the cold station, finally achieving a 31% reduction in power consumption of the terminal air conditioning system. The cooling efficiency of the cold station is expected to increase by 20%.
