At the just-concluded 2024 AMTS auto show, Hikon Robotics showcases a hidden forklift robot designed to optimize storage capacity, creating a solution for extremely narrow channel pallet handling. Today, we will take you deeper into the unique charm of the new hidden forklift robot.
Hikang Robot launched a new generation of latent fork robot, with differential and omnidirectional motion chassis configuration, support CE configuration, highly compatible with international pallets, to meet the needs of different application scenarios, so that pallet handling becomes simpler and more efficient.
All-purpose vehicle
140CPU65260 Two chassis layouts for highly flexible handling operations
The new generation of latent fork pick robots support two excellent chassis configurations, differential chassis and omnidirectional chassis. Among them, the differential chassis, the maximum operating speed of 2m/s, support forward and backward, dynamic obstacle, pallet identification and other functions.
The omnidirectional chassis supports forward and backward movement, left and right transverse movement, and can achieve 360° movement and steering, and easily cope with various challenges in narrow and complex working environments.
CE Security Configuration
Realize security and reliability parallel
The product is fully CE certified, covering the MD Mechanical Safety Directive, the RED Wireless Directive and the EMC Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive. Our core components, including safety controllers and safety lasers, are rigorously tested for durability, hundreds of thousands of times, ensuring the safety and reliability of our products.
Extremely narrow channel operation
Improve warehouse space utilization
The omnidirectional model supports the very narrow tunnel pick-up and drop-off capacity, the national standard pallet (1.2*1m pallet), the narrowest pick-up and drop-off channel can be reduced to 1.5m, compared with traditional forklifts, this innovative design significantly improves the utilization of storage capacity, an increase of more than 30%.
140CPU65260 In addition, to address the Angle and position deviation problems that can occur in traditional pallet placement, the model is equipped with dynamic recognition function, which can accurately identify the pallet, ensuring the safety and reliability of every pick and place operation.
High integration
Flexibly adapt to the use of scenarios to create efficient take-and-place
According to the diversified use scenarios, the “pull type” and “drive type” can be flexibly configured. The “pull type” mode does not require additional supporting equipment, and can be directly connected with the ground roller line.
The “drive-in” mode can directly take and place goods across the elevator seam, and the vehicle passes through a stronger performance to ensure that it can adapt to a variety of complex logistics environments and meet the needs of different users.
Multi-vehicle adaptation
Flexible docking of pallets and racks in various scenarios
The new generation of latent fork pickup robot combines the advantages of unmanned forklift trucks and latent vehicles, and can carry national standard pallets, non-standard pallets, and industry attribute material racks, while taking into account the flexibility of latent vehicles.
