Model development: The EcoStruxure AI engine provides a rich AI framework that supports programmatic modeling based on the Python language, as well as canvas modeling based on “drag and drop”.
• Model operation and maintenance: EcoStruxure AI engine allows users to realize the whole process of data storage and annotation, model training, reasoning, deployment, monitoring, and iterative update in the cloud, and supports cloud models to be sent to the edge of the production line for edge reasoning.
•AI application: The AI Application Store provides applications such as predictive maintenance of equipment, optimization of equipment energy consumption, anomaly detection, predictive analysis of quality, virtual intelligent advisor, etc. Users can easily select various algorithms and models and apply them to their own data sets, reducing the time and cost of developing new models.
At present, the EcoStruxure AI engine is integrated with the industrial and energy software of the company, which is widely used in more than 10 factories in China, as well as automotive, food and beverage, buildings, data centers, semiconductors, machinery manufacturing and other industries, to help users achieve annual energy consumption reduction of 5%-10% and efficiency improvement of 3%-5%.
