The Weidmuller Group has announced that the Joachim Herz Foundation, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, has acquired a stake in Weidmuller in the form of a capital increase. The foundation now owns about 20 per cent of the family business. This investment is designed to promote WeidMuller’s long-term development and accelerate its future development process.
