Emerson has introduced a new shaft relative vibration monitor, the A6110 AMS6500, designed to provide extremely reliable monitoring of the most critical rotating machinery in the plant. The 1-slot monitor can be used with other AMS 6500 monitors to form a complete API 670 mechanical protection monitor. The A6110’s main function is to accurately monitor relative shaft vibration and reliably protect machinery by comparing vibration parameters and alarm set points. It has a variety of measurement modes, including thermal configuration, zero to peak, peak to peak, etc., as well as multiple alarm options and sensor power options.
With its high precision, high reliability and ease of use, the A6110 module meets the stringent requirements of industrial automation and control systems. It is suitable for a variety of industrial applications including, but not limited to, the chemical industry, oil and gas, power, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, metallurgy and water treatment. Emerson, a leading global technology and engineering company with products and services in more than 130 countries and more than 70,000 employees, is committed to providing customers with innovative solutions.
In addition, as part of the industrial intelligence strategy, A6110 is also mentioned in the cooperation between Gechuang East Intelligence and Phoenix China, the two sides will jointly develop soft and hard integrated products, and further upgrade and optimize for the production requirements of industry 4.0 to accelerate industrial intelligence innovation. The EPRO MMS6110/A6110, as a dual-channel shaft vibration measurement module, is suitable for monitoring the relative radial vibration of the shaft, with extended self-test function, built-in sensor self-test function and password protection level of operation, is an important part of the MMS6000 system.
The introduction of the Emerson A6110 axis relative vibration monitor further expands the product selection in the field of industrial monitoring and provides strong technical support to ensure the healthy operation of industrial machinery.
