ABB’s SPFEC12 is an analog input module, part of the Harmony Rack HW series of I/O modules, with high precision and fast response characteristics, widely used in industrial automation. The module is capable of converting analog signals such as 4-20mA or 0-10V from field equipment into digital signals, ensuring reliable data acquisition for the control system. It has 15 input channels, an input impedance of 250Ω, an accuracy of 0.1%, a response time of less than 1ms, a wide operating temperature range from -20°C to 55°C, an IP20 protection class, a size of 220mm x 80mm x 22mm, and a light weight of 0.35 kg for easy DIN rail installation. SPFEC12, with its high reliability, ease of use and flexible configuration, meets the strict requirements of industrial control systems for data acquisition.
In addition, the SPFEC12, as part of ABB’s Bailey Infi 90 and Net 90 control systems, converts analog signals such as 4-20mA current signals or 1-5V voltage signals into digital signals, enabling the measurement and monitoring of process variables in industrial processes. It uses a high-precision analog-to-digital converter, supports multiple analog input channels, has an isolated design to enhance the anti-interference capability of the system, and adopts a modular design for easy installation and maintenance.
The launch of the SPFEC12 further enrichis ABB’s product line in industrial automation, providing customers around the world with efficient and reliable automation solutions that help them increase productivity, reduce costs, improve safety and reliability.
