Abaco Systems has introduced the XVR19 6U-VME-SBC, a high-performance single-board computer (SBC) designed for harsh environments. The computer is powered by an Intel Xeon E3-1505 v6 processor that delivers powerful quad-core processing power up to 3.0 GHz, with integrated graphics and memory controllers. Combined with the Intel CM238 chipset, the XVR19 delivers extremely high I/O bandwidth for both on-board and off-board functions.
The XVR19 6U-VME-SBC supports up to 32 GB DDR4 SDRAM memory, 512 KB NVRAM, and up to 64 GB of BGA NAND SSD, ensuring ample storage and fast data access. In addition, the single-board computer also provides a wealth of I/O interfaces, including 2eSST VME, DisplayPort, DVI, Gigabit Ethernet, GPIO, SATA, serial port, USB, etc., to meet the needs of a variety of industrial control, data acquisition and communication applications.
In particular, the XVR19 6U-VME-SBC provides a solution to the obsoletization problem, leveraging cpus from Intel’s long-supported IoT (Internet of Things) roadmap and abstracting products from potential obsoletization issues through Abaco’s new VME interface based on Vivo FPgas. Long-term availability is ensured. At the same time, the rugged design of the single-board computer makes it ideal for command and control applications in the land, sea and air defense and aerospace markets.
Abaco Systems’ XVR19 6U-VME-SBC not only meets the needs of high-end applications in terms of performance, but also ensures high reliability and long-term service potential in harsh environments through its design and lifecycle management program
