General Electric (GE) recently introduced a new industrial control system component, the IS415UCVHH1A vibration module, designed for gas turbine control with a variety of features and functions. This module integrates advanced vibration monitoring technology to monitor the vibration state of the gas turbine turbine in real time to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
The IS415UCVHH1A module has a variety of installation and configuration options, support DIN35mm rail mounting or wall mounting, compact design, easy to upgrade the old field. In addition, the module’s power supply, input and output are optional AC220V/DC24V, making it flexible to embed in different electrical control loops. The high sensitivity sensor and advanced control algorithm built into the module can quickly respond to equipment changes and optimize the production process.
In terms of data communication and sharing, the IS415UCVHH1A module provides deterministic sharing of data between PLCS and other computing devices on high-speed fiber optic networks. It is also equipped with communication interfaces such as RS485 (MODBUS RTU protocol) for remote monitoring and data exchange.
In addition, the IS415UCVHH1A module uses a 2.8-inch LCD and 8-button local programming operation interface, all Chinese instructions, built-in judgment, loop, jump, count, timing, output and other common operations, greatly improving the efficiency of using Chinese programming.
In terms of technical specifications, the IS415UCVHH1A supports a variety of input and output signal specifications, including 0~5V, 1~5V, 0~10mA, 0~20mA, 4~20mA, 0~10V, -10V~+10V, and DC 24V, 15V, 12V, ±12V, AC 220V and other power supply specifications. Meet the needs of different users.
The launch of this module not only enriches GE’s product line in the field of industrial automation, but also provides customers with more efficient and reliable automation solutions, which is expected to play an important role in the wave of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0
