With its high precision and high reliability, the module has brought new technological breakthroughs to the field of industrial automation.
The HAI805 module is part of the ABB Symphony Plus S+ I/O family and is designed to receive and convert analog signals to digital signals. It has eight independently configured channels, capable of supporting 4-20mA current signal input, suitable for reading and converting various sensor signals. The analog to digital converter of HAI805 adopts 12-bit resolution and can complete analog conversion of all channels in 100 milliseconds, ensuring fast and accurate data

The module is designed with the complexity of the industrial environment in mind, providing electrical isolation and anti-interference capabilities, ensuring stable operation in harsh environments. The isolation voltage of HAI805 can reach 300VDC/VRMS at 60Hz, while the RMS value is up to 1,400 V AC, and the duration is 2 seconds, demonstrating its excellent safety performance.
ABB’s Symphony Plus system is the most widely used distributed control system (DCS) in the global power generation and water treatment industry. The addition of the HAI805 module further enriches Symphony Plus’ product line and provides customers with a more comprehensive automation solution. The dimensions of the HAI805 module are 59mm wide, 186mm high and 127mm deep, and the weight is approximately 0.56kg, making it easy to install and integrate.
