According to the function and construction stage of each production unit of the water purification plant, it can be divided into six production units: outside the plant regulating tank, sewage first stage, oxidation ditch, fourth stage sewage treatment, sludge dehydration and sludge drying. In addition, there is a general control room in the factory, but the monitoring level of the general control room is relatively backward, and basically can not monitor each production unit before the transformation. In order to meet the production needs, improve production efficiency, improve operating conditions, strengthen monitoring means, and ensure the normal operation of each production unit, it is urgent to update the technology and equipment of each production unit and the general dispatching room, so as to monitor and manage each device in the general dispatching room, timely understand the operation of each device, and achieve the purpose of timely command and accurate dispatch.
