1762-IF4 Analog input module

The 1762-IF4 is the Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1200 with a 4-channel current/voltage analog input module. It has a Delta-Sigma converter and 4 differential (bipolar) inputs. Its analog operating voltage ranges are -10 to 10 volts DC normal and -10.5 to 10.5 volts DC full scale. Its simulated operating current ranges are 4 to 20 mA normal and -21 to 21 mA full scale. 1762-IF4 enhances the capabilities of MicroLogix by allowing additional I/O to the system. It requires minimal spacing and can be DIN rail or panel mounted. The module communicates and receives information over 5 to 24 volts DC power via a 1762 bus interface.

The 1762-IF4 module should be installed in non-hazardous, dry, and clean environments with circuits not crossing overvoltage Category II standards. To avoid damage to the module, always prevent electrostatic discharge and remove power. A field-upgradable flash operating system helps to make sure the users will always be up-to-date with the latest features without having to replace any of the hardware.
