For a system build using DIN rails, do the following: Install the DIN rail. • The AADvance controller will be mounted on one or more pairs of parallel DIN rails. When each rail pair is installed, the middle line of the lower rail is 101.0mm below the middle line of the upper rail. Suitable for M5 thread rolling screw. 2. Install the T9100 processor base unit • Place the T9100 processor base unit on the DIN guide rail to the left, leaving space on the right for the T9300 I/O base unit. • Slide the retaining rod (below the base) to the left to secure the processor base to the DIN rail. 3. Install the T9300 I/O base unit • Place the T9300 I/O base unit on the DIN guide rail on the right of the T9100 processor base unit.

The AADvance controller module is installed on the base unit. The processor module is installed on the T9100 processor base unit, while the various I/O modules are installed on the T9300 I/O base unit and associated terminal components. The product line includes two sizes of blanking covers to hide unused module locations. The shorter cover is used for the alternate location on the processor base unit, while the higher cover is used for the alternate location on the I/O base unit.
