ICS Triplex’s systems are widely used in aerospace, oil and gas processing, fine chemicals, offshore oil extraction, large power plants, large boiler management and compressor control.
The Trusted T6300 is a system based on a triplex processor, and all the important circuits inside are triplex fault-tolerant. The Trusted T6300 ensures proper execution of programs even in the state of internal failure. All modules in the system can be hot replaced online. This design allows the Trusted T6300 system to remain virtually online. The Trusted T6300 is used to handle the control of various complex and dangerous production processes in real time, receiving field signals, executing various control programs such as logic calculation and PID, and output control signals to drive the field execution unit. Trusted applications are programmed using IEC 61131 TOOLSET software.
The Trusted T6300 does this continuously and at high speeds, enabling fast closed-loop data processing. If an internal failure occurs in the Trusted system, the failure is restricted by a votter. The widely distributed voting chips in the system ensure that any internal faults in the system will not be propagated to the process, and can accurately indicate the location of internal faults in the system. Each register and program controller votes the same way. All internal communications are verified by a receiver circuit.
