ICS TRIPLEX T9402 Digital Input Module

The T9402 module is an input module from the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation AADvance Controllers product line. It is a digital input module that has 16 input channels. Its nominal voltage rating is 24 Volts DC. The T9402 input module is a simplex dual or triple module that can handle 3 different scan times. These 3 different scan times are 0.924 milliseconds, 1.676 milliseconds, and 2.453 milliseconds. The T9402 digital input module can be used as part of a complete AADvance system, and it has been approved for safe operation in all non-hazardous environments and in hazardous environments with ratings of Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D (for North American industrial environments). This input module can be used in applications with programmable logic controllers or PLCs.

Controller T9402 is the main command device that changes the wiring of the main circuit or the control circuit and changes the resistance value in the circuit to control the start, speed regulation, braking and reverse of the motor in a predetermined sequence. It is composed of program counter, instruction register, instruction decoder, time sequence generator and operation controller. It is the “decision mechanism” of issuing orders, that is, to complete the coordination and command of the operation of the whole computer system.
