The T9451 controller is a member of the AADvance Controllers series and it has been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It is intended to be used as part of a complete AADvance system along with a power source, a control computer, field connections, and external network connections. The T9451 controller is a digital output simplex type of controller module. It comes with 8 output channels and its nominal voltage rating is 24 Volts DC. This controller supports dual scan times of 1.174 milliseconds and 2.202 milliseconds. The T9451 digital output controller module has been approved for use in non-hazardous industrial environments. It can be used with the AADvance T9892 terminal assembly module to provide it with 8 additional output channels that support dual configuration.
The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation T9451 digital output controller module from the AADvance Controllers series is compatible with the AADvance T98992 terminal assembly module because it has the same pin-out setup and the same coding peg configuration as well. In addition to its nominal voltage rating of 24 Volts DC, the T9451 digital output controller module has backplane operating voltage range from 18 to 32 Volts DC and a maximum backplane current rating of 165 milliamps. Its output voltage range is also 18 to 32 Volts DC at 0.5 Amps. This controller module’s power consumption rating is 3 Watts, and its power dissipation as heat is 10.2 BTU per hour. The T9451 digital output controller module weighs about 340 grams or 12 ounces. It is designed to be as light and compact as possible.
