Description
The AL8-2 alarm panel features eight digital alarm inputs, three relay outputs and many flexible features for alarm monitoring in industrial and Marine plants.
Alarm input: The alarm panel is equipped with eight alarm inputs for easy connection of external mechanical alarm contacts. For N/O or N/C alarm contacts, the input can be programmed separately.
Time delay: The alarm input can be programmed separately with a time delay that allows the alarm condition to register in the range of 0.40 seconds at a preset time with a step length of 1 second.
Alarm Indicator: The AL8-2 features eight leds, labeled 1 to 8, that accurately indicate the alarm status of each alarm input. When the alarm condition occurs, the LED of the relevant input channel will flash red. If more than one alarm occurs before the button “light reset” is activated, the first alarm LED will flash before the others.
