Main functions:
Excitation control: The DECS-400 can precisely control the excitation current of the generator, thereby regulating the generator output voltage and reactive power.
Logic control: Integrated programmable logic to control and indicate the excitation system according to the device’s contact input, operating mode, excitation system parameters and user Settings.
Power system stabilization function: The optional power system stabilizer complies with the IEEE-PSS2A/B model and uses a two-input, accelerated power integration algorithm to provide additional damping to the power system, helping to reduce low frequency oscillations.
Technical features:
An analog signal is used to control the triggering (output) of the external rectifier bridge to regulate excitation.
The parameters of the generator or motor can be monitored to ensure that the motor is operating within its capacity and to provide control, limitation and protection functions.
