Servo motor amplifier is an essential part of integral electric actuator (such as DKJ, DK B, etc.) to achieve proportional control. As a basic servo amplifier unit, input analog (DC4~20mA) signal channel 1, valve position feedback analog signal channel 1, output motor positive and reverse action switching contact (solid state relay or relay contact) 2. Generally, an electric operator can be added between the servo amplifier and the integrated electric actuator. This electric operator is equivalent to a positive or negative motor action switch key or a transfer switch and a valve position indicator.
The function of servo motor amplifier in the electric executive structure is signal amplification. It accepts the control signal of 4~20mA, and amplifies the signal into the strong electric signal that can control the positive and negative rotation of the motor, and control the actuator to achieve positive or reverse rotation. Actuator servo amplifier has two modes, one is the actuator itself with servo amplifier, compact structure, does not need to occupy the space behind the instrument panel, installation and debugging of more traditional application methods, maintenance and replacement is easier. The other is that the actuator itself does not have a servo amplifier, and the servo amplifier works with the actuator as an independent unit. This machine is composed of motor, decelerating mechanism, limiting mechanism, over torque protection mechanism and position feedback device.
