30 Day Warranty: The A413654 30 days warranty covers any type of problem that is not preexisting and mentioned in the project description and starts from the date the project is “shipped”. Formal requests for project evaluation and RMA number activation must be completed within this 30 day period. Once the warranty is granted, the RMA must be completed within (10) business days and the item will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the item, we will evaluate the following solutions on our own:
