10 Day Inspection period: If the purchased MTL5541 does not meet your application requirements, or for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of the purchase price within (10) days of receiving the device upon formal application for an RMA number, provided the device is returned in the same state as originally sent.
30 Day Warranty: The MTL5541 30 days warranty covers any type of problem that is not preexisting and mentioned in the project description and starts from the date the project is “shipped”. Formal requests for project evaluation and RMA number activation must be completed within this 30 day period. Once the warranty is granted, the RMA must be completed within (10) business days and the item will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the item, we will evaluate the following solutions on our own:
