For the measurement of water flow, the pressure drop at both ends of the valve and orifice plate can be measured, and then the accurate flow rate can be obtained by checking the pressure drop and flow curve of the valve or orifice plate. The flow rate can be obtained by the pressure drop method, which was first used in 2003 and has been widely used in the water side system and flow measuring instrument of HVAC from 2013. The application of differential pressure switch in HVAC system is mainly controlled according to the resistance and flow curve of HVAC equipment. The water-side heat exchangers in HVAC (tube type, shell and tube type, tubeplate type and common plate type heat exchangers), water filters, valves and pumps all have their pressure drop and flow performance curves. Flow can be accurately controlled by comparing the measured differential pressure on both sides of the differential pressure switch with the pre-set value. Differential pressure switch, used for flow control in HVAC, has the characteristics of accurate flow control, no additional resistance to the water system, no requirement on pipe diameter and no disturbance of water flow. It can replace any form of target flow switch. Compared with target flow switch, it can avoid false flow caused by pump cavitation, and has very accurate reset flow and disconnect flow.

10 Day Inspection period: If the purchased NE2A-END does not meet your application requirements, or for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of the purchase price within (10) days of receiving the device upon formal application for an RMA number, provided the device is returned in the same state as originally sent.
30 Day Warranty: The NE2A-END  30 days warranty covers any type of problem that is not preexisting and mentioned in the project description and starts from the date the project is “shipped”. Formal requests for project evaluation and RMA number activation must be completed within this 30 day period. Once the warranty is granted, the RMA must be completed within (10) business days and the item will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the item, we will evaluate the following solutions on our own:

All device returns require an RMA number. The RMA number is valid for (7) working days from the date of issue. Shipments without a valid or current RMA number will be returned at the customer’s expense.
