Molex/Woodhead/Applicom 112000 Series PCU2000ETH Ethernet Network Interface PCI and PCIe cards provide a complete and ready to use solution covering over 40 protocols in a wide selection of industrial networks and fieldbuses. PCU2000ETH includes Ethernet, Profibus, WorldFIP, and serial link. These communication solutions connect PC-based applications (HMI, SCADA, MES, custom applications) to devices including programmable controllers, I/O modules, panel PCS, process meters, and other industrial equipment.
With Molex/Woodhead/ApplicomPCU2000ETH intelligent built-in processor technology, each network interface card (NIC) is able to perform all the management and processing of communication protocols (polling, frame management, etc.) without using the processing (CPU) time of the computer; PCU2000ETH to achieve extremely fast and efficient application performance.
The Molex/Woodhead/ApplicomPCU2000ETH solution is recommended for SCADA/HMI and custom automated control systems that require powerful data acquisition to manage large amounts of I/O data.
