Locked-turn protection function: automatically judge whether the motor is in complete locked-turn state or in running state or motor short-circuit state when overcurrent, if it is in running state when overcurrent, the controller will set the current limit value at a fixed value, in order to maintain the driving ability of the vehicle; If the motor is in pure gridlocked state, the controller will control the current limiting value below 10A after 2 seconds to protect the motor and battery and save electric energy; If the motor is in a short circuit state, the controller makes the output current control below 2A, to ensure the safety of the controller and the battery.
Dynamic and static phase loss protection: when the motor is in operation state, any phase of the electric vehicle motor is out of phase fault, the controller implements protection to avoid motor burn, and protect the electric vehicle battery and prolong the battery life.
